Role overview
This position is focused on supporting core finance functions such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The analyst will work with financial and operational data to generate insights that help guide business decisions and improve overall performance.
What you will do
You will build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports that help track organizational performance and highlight important trends. The role also includes reviewing revenue and cost patterns, monitoring key financial indicators, and identifying financial risks and profit-improvement opportunities.
In addition, you will carry out market research, perform financial and business performance analysis, and support strategic projects, investment evaluations, and long-term growth planning. You will partner with teams across the business to improve finance processes, increase reporting accuracy, and strengthen financial management. Preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders is also part of the role.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and numerical ability, a detail-oriented mindset, and solid problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling, data analysis tools, and reporting systems is important. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, variance analysis, financial planning, and performance tracking is helpful. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to explain financial information clearly to different audiences.
Good organization and time management are essential, along with the ability to handle several priorities and deadlines at once. Knowledge of corporate finance, investment evaluation, financial markets, business valuation, risk analysis, strategic planning, and financial performance assessment is a plus. Experience using reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, dashboards, and data-led decision-making systems will be considered an advantage.
