Program Overview

English 1 is recruiting new graduates and early-career candidates to begin an international teaching career in China. This opportunity is designed for people who want to combine work, travel, and skill-building while earning a strong salary. Prior classroom experience is not required, and the role includes structured training, visa support, and guided career growth.

This position can suit someone looking for a first full-time role, an alternative to a standard graduate program, or a gap-year style launch into professional life.

Key Duties

• Lead English lessons for children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in an engaging, interactive classroom environment.
• Use the company’s curriculum and digital learning tools to deliver lively and effective lessons.
• Offer helpful feedback that supports students in developing confidence and improving their English ability.
• Participate in school-based events, cultural activities, and student engagement initiatives.

Accommodation and Visa Notes

The hotel stay provided for the first two weeks is treated as part of the sponsorship arrangement if the first-year contract is completed successfully. Costs related to the sponsored legal Z work visa will be reimbursed.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A valid passport is required.
• A strong interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange is important.
• ESL credentials such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are an advantage, and support may be provided to obtain them.
• A clear background check is required.
