Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Galway for an Inside Sales Representative. The role is focused on managing sales conversations, developing leads, and moving opportunities through the sales process. You will speak with prospects, understand what they need, recommend suitable AV, video conferencing, and smart automation solutions, prepare quotations, and follow up until deals are closed. You will also keep CRM records accurate, work closely with technical and project teams, and assist with account management to create a smooth customer journey.
Key duties
In this role, you will support revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound sales activity, developing prospects, and contributing to campaigns. You will look for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain clear records of customer interactions, and ensure follow-up is timely and effective. The position also requires regular coordination with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and uphold the company’s customer care standards.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should bring proven inside sales experience, including pipeline management and closing opportunities. A strong service mindset is important, along with the ability to build lasting relationships and support customer satisfaction. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and nurturing is expected, as is familiarity with account management activities such as retention, follow-up, and upselling or cross-selling. Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential, especially for phone and video-based discussions. Comfort using CRM tools and basic sales reporting systems is also needed, along with good organisation, time management, and attention to detail. An interest in or background with audio visual, video conferencing, or smart home/workplace solutions is a plus. The ability to collaborate effectively with technical and project teams in a fast-moving, client-oriented setting is important. Education or training in business, sales, or a similar area is helpful.
