Inventory and Order Controller

About the role

Brandt Group of Companies is hiring an Inventory and Order Controller to support the Regina, Saskatchewan team. In this position, you will keep stock levels under control, manage customer and supplier orders, and make sure inventory records remain accurate and up to date. The role plays an important part in keeping inventory movement efficient by working closely with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams so goods are available when needed and reach their destination on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure stock records stay accurate.
• Handle customer orders and purchase orders with speed and precision.
• Monitor the movement of goods coming in and going out.
• Work with suppliers to support on-time delivery of products.
• Perform regular stock counts and identify and fix mismatches.
• Maintain inventory software and refresh stock details as changes occur.
• Compile inventory and order progress reports for management review.
• Look into and resolve issues related to orders or inventory.
• Follow company policies and inventory control processes.
• Partner with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to improve inventory flow.
