Role Overview

This opening is for a Junior Project Manager based in Dubai, working on-site on a full-time basis. The role supports the end-to-end delivery of adventure construction and destination development projects, from early planning through final handover.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and scheduling project activities.
• Monitor milestones and keep progress updates current.
• Prepare regular status reports for internal review.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external partners.
• Help ensure materials and services are expedited on time.
• Support site inspections and related follow-up actions.
• Contribute to logistics planning for deliveries and site coordination.
• Track project risks and issues and help maintain action logs.
• Support compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.

Requirements

The position calls for a solid grounding in project management fundamentals, especially planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with expediting work is also important, along with exposure to inspection processes and quality control practices used in construction or infrastructure settings. A working understanding of logistics coordination, including shipments, vendor communication, and site deliveries, is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a similar discipline is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Excel, or similar scheduling/task platforms.
• Strong organization, analysis, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills; other languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai within a fast-moving, cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Prior involvement in construction, hospitality, tourism, or destination development projects is considered an advantage.
