Role Overview
Takagi Ramen Pte Ltd is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Singapore to support the preparation and service of high-quality ramen across daytime and overnight shifts. The role focuses on keeping kitchen operations efficient, ingredients well stocked and fresh, and hygiene and safety standards consistently met.
Key Duties
- Prepare and complete food orders for service.
- Make sure workstations are sufficiently supplied and organised.
- Serve food items within the expected waiting time.
- Maintain a consistently high level of food quality and presentation.
- Keep cooking areas and the kitchen clean and sanitary.
Work Environment and Expectations
This position requires comfort working in a fast-moving kitchen, the ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks, and a cooperative attitude when working with the team.
Additional Requirements
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification is required.
- Only Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents may apply.
- Applicants who can begin immediately are preferred.
