Role overview

This is a permanent full-time branch colleague position with Timpson, a service-led retail business. After training, you will support branches across Newcastle and the surrounding area.

Location and travel

This opportunity is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and nearby areas. A full driving licence and access to your own transport are required, as the role involves covering branches once training is complete.

What the job involves

You will be trained across the company’s services and will work in a busy retail environment delivering a variety of customer-facing tasks. Duties may include key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and related services.

Training and career development

No previous experience is necessary because full training and support are provided. Induction includes training in all services, along with management and customer service development. Working pattern

The role is for 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends. Some overtime may be available after you are trained.

Pay and benefits
