Night Porter

Role overview

This position is for a dependable, professional night worker who is comfortable covering the property independently during overnight hours. Prior hotel experience is helpful, and strong computer skills are required because the role involves using the hotel reservation system. Full training will be provided.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Key duties

During the night shift, you will help safeguard guests and protect the pub and hotel premises. The role includes responding to guest requests, welcoming and checking in late arrivals, maintaining room standards, preparing for breakfast service, and completing health and safety checks and audits as required.

Additional requirements

Applicants should be fluent in English and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience in hotel operations is an advantage. The role is based in Teddington, England, United Kingdom.
