Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven Operations Executive to support day-to-day transaction handling and client service. This role focuses on reviewing transaction activity, resolving client concerns, working closely with internal stakeholders, and keeping operational workflows running accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and authorize transactions in line with internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • Address client questions about payment status, processing delays, failed transactions, and issues with beneficiary fund receipt.

Requirements
