About the internship

This internship is for a proactive operations associate who is comfortable owning client communication and coordination from start to finish. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, guiding them through the onboarding journey, following up consistently, and collaborating with the internal team to keep delivery running smoothly. The role is centered on maintaining a positive client experience while helping the business operate efficiently.

What you'll do

• Handle client discussions and explain the onboarding flow in a clear, structured manner.
• Track progress with timely follow-ups so clients move smoothly through the process.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support seamless execution and service delivery.
• Keep proper records of client interactions and assist with routine operational work.

Who can apply

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
