Role Overview
This position is focused on supporting factory operations through engineering change execution, production data upkeep, label control, system improvement, new product introduction support, and rapid resolution of production issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full execution of engineering changes and process change notices within the factory environment.
- Handle data entry, updates, and validation in production platforms such as TDC, MES, and SAP to keep records accurate and traceable.
- Create, revise, and maintain product labels while ensuring compliance with local regulations, customer expectations, and factory standards.
- Review manufacturing systems and production workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, implement changes, and confirm the results.
- Support new product launches by completing the required engineering preparation so mass production can begin on schedule.
- Respond quickly to production disruptions, lead root-cause analysis, and put corrective actions in place to reduce downtime and production impact.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or another engineering-related discipline.
- Working knowledge of engineering change management practices.
- Ability to use at least one production management system, such as MES or SAP.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
