Role Summary
Clinical AI is hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery and rollout of AI-enabled products and solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. This person will act as the main link between customers, leadership, product teams, and engineering teams to keep projects aligned with requirements, timelines, and business goals.
The right candidate will be well organized, comfortable working with clients, and able to handle several projects at once while coordinating across both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of software projects powered by AI.
- Act as the main contact for pharmaceutical and healthcare customers during implementation and deployment.
- Coordinate work across clients, product teams, engineering teams, and leadership.
- Collect business needs and convert them into practical project plans.
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, schedules, and potential project risks.
- Run customer discussions, progress reviews, and status meetings.
- Make sure client expectations are clearly understood and reflected in delivery.
- Watch project progress closely and resolve issues before they affect timelines.
- Assist with product rollout, onboarding, and adoption efforts.
- Keep project records and updates organized throughout the full project cycle.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, operations, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent organization and communication abilities.
- Background working with software products, technology solutions, or enterprise systems.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Experience dealing directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work smoothly with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work with pharmaceutical firms, healthcare organizations, or life sciences companies.
- Exposure to software implementation, enterprise deployments, or technology consulting.
- Experience supporting AI, analytics, or data-focused products.
- Background in a startup or other fast-moving technology environment.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
