Key responsibilities

• Manage the buying cycle for a range of food ingredients and packaging materials.
• Create and oversee purchase orders for raw materials and ingredients entering the business.
• Track internal inventory levels so production always has access to the required products and ingredients.
• Partner with the forecasting and planning team to stay aligned with upcoming demand.
• Review order progress and delivery timelines to maintain the right stock levels.
• Spot potential process problems early and take steps to reduce future disruptions.

Requirements

• A qualification related to purchasing or supply chain would be beneficial.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable role is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
