Role Overview

This part-time store role is focused on delivering an excellent shopping experience, supporting sales goals, and helping keep the retail environment running smoothly in line with PUMA’s standards.

Your Mission

• Deliver a consistently strong customer experience that reflects PUMA’s brand values and service expectations.
• Help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective service and personal performance.
• Process checkout transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Keep the store tidy and organized while following visual merchandising standards set by PUMA.
• Handle incoming and outgoing stock and merchandise processing.
• Follow company policies, procedures, operational standards, and role-based accountabilities.
• Help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both staff and shoppers.
• Be available for non-standard working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be needed.

Your Talent

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail setting with a strong customer service focus, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication abilities.
• Quick learner who can adapt easily.
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly base pay is $15.00 to $18.00, along with benefits under the part-time benefit summary.
