Role Overview
This role is focused on expanding the business network, supporting partner growth, and driving revenue through insurance sales and PoSP activation. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external insurance partners to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new PoSPs to grow the company’s partner network and bring in fresh customers.
- Provide product training to partners across the range of insurance offerings available with the company.
- Maintain regular coordination with insurers and manage day-to-day interaction with them.
- Activate PoSPs and encourage them to explore additional income opportunities.
- Work toward the business targets assigned by the organization.
- Coordinate with sales support and backend teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
- Stay informed about current market developments and regulatory updates that can support business growth.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as they are updated from time to time.
Eligibility and Experience
Candidates should be graduates and must have at least 1 year of experience in sales and distribution. Preference will be given to applicants from the insurance sector. Strong communication ability, relationship management skills, and fluency in a regional language are important for this role.
