- Familiarity with CMDB, SecOps, AIOPS, Change Management, Event Management, Now Assist, and Catalog Management.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.
- Strong understanding of SLAs and their configuration.
- Practical exposure to import sets and transform maps.
- Experience with client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, data policies, business rules, and script includes.
- Ability to work with service catalogs, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Experience in report and dashboard creation.
- Strong skills in REST and SOAP-based integrations.
- ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work during US overlapping hours from 12 PM IST to 10 PM IST.
