Role Overview
The Senior Customer Service Executive will oversee the smooth operation and management of a submarine cable system, including its equipment, network components, and the interfaces connected to transmission facilities such as SDH, DWDM, and OTN. This role centers on round-the-clock support for subsea cable systems and related network elements, along with the Network Management System (NMS).
Key Work Areas
The position involves continuous traffic monitoring, fault identification, troubleshooting, and resolution. It also includes complaint management, handling both planned and unplanned operational activities, and ensuring that relevant teams receive timely updates.
The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, submarine cable landing station teams, CLS landing parties, vendors, and engineering functions to resolve issues affecting the system. In addition, the executive will support circuit provisioning, activation, de-activation, and testing in collaboration with cable station teams.
