Store Office/Auditor

Role overview

In this position, you will review shelf and store pricing to identify and fix inaccuracies so pricing records remain correct. The role also calls for reflecting the organization’s values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in day-to-day work.

Key duties

• Check department pricing against price change downloads and store records.
• Carry out shelf price audits and update incorrect labels or data.
• Run reports to support investigation and verification work.
• Document pricing differences and discrepancies found during audits.
• Share audit findings with departments, store leadership, and the main office.
• Support and follow company initiatives and procedures.
• Follow all corporate policies, safety rules, and workplace standards.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus at least 6 months of experience in price changes, file maintenance, or order clerk work; or a suitable mix of education and related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Available to work weekends regularly, any shift, and overtime when required.
• Able to keep information confidential.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks or projects.
• Capable of meeting fixed deadlines and working within set time frames.

Preferred background

• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Previous retail experience.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer-first approach and encourage excellent service from others.
• Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
