About the role
Google is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for its Global Supply Operations team in Singapore. This role focuses on keeping material supply reliable and predictable so network deployments across Google Global Networking’s data centers and edge locations stay on schedule. You will work across demand, supply, inventory, labor planning, deployment planning, logistics, and external vendors to make sure customer demand is met with the right priorities and allocation decisions.
The position calls for strong end-to-end thinking, the ability to operate in ambiguous and complex settings, and the confidence to manage several programs at once. You will be expected to communicate clearly, influence partners, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned across offices, time zones, and functions.
Work focus
- Lead complex supply chain programs from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to support network deployment schedules.
- Balance demand, supply, inventory, labor, and logistics considerations.
- Use data and operational signals to guide daily decisions and resolve issues.
- Drive prioritization and allocation choices when resources or demand compete.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle so material deliveries match forecasted capacity and deployment timelines across network sites.
- Place orders on time and keep supply and demand balanced, while addressing demand spikes and fulfillment risks over 90- to 180-day horizons.
- Work with customers to re-sequence priorities in a supply-aware way so last-mile delivery does not become a schedule blocker.
- Review open orders and partner with global logistics and data center teams to help ensure shipping and delivery happen on time.
- Diagnose the causes of operational slowdowns, apply corrective actions, monitor performance metrics, and use ERP/planning tools such as SAP and O9 to support data-led decisions.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in program management or project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction environment.
- Experience in supply chain management, demand planning, supply planning, or fulfillment operations.
- Experience working with data analysis tools such as Sheets or SQL.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 years of experience in supply chain and program management across multiple areas, ideally in technical or networking-related fields with global exposure.
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-team initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including modeling and presentation skills.
- Well-developed organization and program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
