About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Team Member to join our Wollongong location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment. You will support the team by assisting with food preparation, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and general restaurant operations, working under supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently warm, friendly, and excellent customer service.
• Accurately process customer orders taken in person and through designated ordering platforms.
• Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems, handling cash and electronic payments correctly.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to established recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
• Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and courteously.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, service, and dining areas.
• Manage dishwashing duties and assist with waste management.
• Adhere to all food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned, within your capabilities and training.

Skills & Experience

• A genuine enthusiasm for food and the hospitality industry.
• A positive and proactive approach to tasks.
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• A strong willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
