About the Role
This position is aimed at experienced professionals who want to contribute to innovation, growth, and leadership within a major global energy services organization. The role offers the chance to work in a setting that values talent development, career progression, and high-performance delivery.
What You’ll Do
Working with limited supervision, you will support multi-PSL job design, provide well support, and carry out post-job analysis for customers in a designated area. You will build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, deliver advanced support to ATP and TP teams, and step in on critical jobs where complexity or service quality risks arise.
You may also help manage job schedules, coordinate with customers on technical matters, and contribute to performance reviews and process improvements that enhance customer support. In coordination with local business development colleagues, you will help keep customers informed about new technologies. In addition, you may initiate, review, and close Technology-related Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) items. The role also includes mentoring Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) within a service center.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. The role calls for at least 2 years of relevant experience. Possession of a Professional Engineer license is noted as a requirement, and diversity training is also mentioned among the qualifications.
