Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Telecalling intern, you will be responsible for lead generation by making outbound calls to prospective clients, including cold and warm leads, to introduce our products and services.

You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, providing accurate information, pricing details, and support with troubleshooting customer concerns.

Efficiently promoting and pitching products or services, overcoming objections, and successfully closing sales or arranging appointments are essential duties.

Maintaining up-to-date and precise records of customers, calls, and feedback within the company's CRM system will be required.

Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as daily and monthly call volumes, lead generation, and sales quotas is a key performance indicator for this role.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

This internship opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site position across multiple locations including Agra, Bareilly, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Meerut, Greater Noida, Varanasi, Noida, Allahabad, and Kanpur Dehat.

Applicants must be available to start between 18th July 2026 and 22nd August 2026 and commit to a 6-month duration.

Relevant skills and an interest in telecalling or customer engagement are prerequisites.

Additional Details and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.

Working days are set to five days per week.
