Tour Planner (m/f/d)

Role overview

CHEFS CULINAR is looking for a Tour Planner to take charge of daily route coordination, vehicle and driver scheduling, and workforce planning at its Hamburg location. The role focuses on organizing delivery operations efficiently while staying compliant with all relevant legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate staff deployment.
• Schedule delivery vehicles and drivers.
• Monitor and control daily delivery routes in line with applicable statutory regulations.
• Carry out operational route planning.
• Optimize daily route planning with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Candidate profile

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Several years of professional experience in route planning.
• Experience in people management and a strong customer orientation.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a forward-thinking, structured, independent, and service-oriented manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with persuasiveness, negotiation ability, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Driving licence class C/CE.
• Sound knowledge of personnel regulations.
