BET99 is hiring a UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for visual detail and a focus on delivering polished, pixel-accurate work. This position will play a key role in shaping the experience across the company’s web and mobile products, ensuring consistency in look and feel across the full product range.
The right candidate will take a research-based approach to design, using competitive analysis and user-behaviour insights to guide decisions. You will turn findings and product needs into clear layouts and interactive prototypes, while working closely with engineering teams to make sure ideas can be built effectively.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research, along with user-behaviour analysis, to support well-informed design decisions across the product suite.
- Work with cross-functional partners to gather and interpret user and product requirements, ensuring design outcomes match business goals and user expectations.
- Design and maintain detailed, high-quality interfaces for both web and mobile experiences.
- Create interactive prototypes that clearly show flow, transitions, logic, and user journeys to both stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Spot UX issues early by using user feedback and technical review, then refine the experience to improve usability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to confirm implementation feasibility and provide structured design handoffs.
- Produce refined visual assets and support the upkeep of the internal design system with a strong focus on precision and consistency.
- Keep up with current design methods, tools, and industry practices to strengthen usability and visual quality over time.
Qualifications and skills
The role calls for at least 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally supported by a portfolio that demonstrates work across web and mobile platforms. Strong Figma expertise and hands-on experience with prototyping tools are essential, along with familiarity with platform-specific design patterns.
Applicants should demonstrate careful attention to typography, spacing, and colour consistency, as well as the ability to maintain well-organized design libraries. A solid understanding of accessibility standards and user-centred design principles is required. Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills are also important.
A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience may also be accepted.
