Role Overview

The VIP Experience Lead will shape the systems, product logic, and retention engine behind the company’s top-tier user experience on Freecash. This is a product-focused role, not a traditional support position, and it is centered on building the infrastructure that keeps VIP users engaged and loyal.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement automated loyalty systems and backend workflows that support premium user experiences.
• Build proactive engagement processes that move the team from handling issues after they happen to running a structured retention engine.
• Contribute to the creation of VIP-specific product features by setting direction across Fraud, Support, and Product functions.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience creating and scaling VIP programs in a fast-growing technology business.
• Strong technical ability with CRM automation tools and data-led retention strategies.

Bonus Experience

• Background in AdTech or large-scale gaming platforms is an added advantage.

Work Environment

Salary

The compensation for this position is €85,000 to €95,000 per year.
