Role overview
This position is for seasoned cybersecurity specialists who want to contribute to AI training while working remotely on a flexible schedule. The role focuses on bringing practical security expertise into the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems.
The work centers on checking whether AI-generated security content is accurate in real-world scenarios, solving technical security challenges, and supplying feedback that helps improve how AI models understand threats, defenses, and offensive techniques.
Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main professional activity.
How the process works
After creating an account, applicants complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. Those who pass receive confirmation by email, after which paid tasks become available through the platform.
Compensation and contracting details
Projects are paid at hourly rates starting from $50 to $100+ per hour, and some assignments may include bonus pay. As an independent contractor, you can select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. Payment is processed through PayPal.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-produced cybersecurity material and judge whether the threat analysis, vulnerability findings, and offensive security guidance are accurate and usable in practice.

- Produce concise technical write-ups and code related to security tasks.
- Share feedback that influences the next generation of AI security systems.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a cybersecurity function such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related government or military cyber work.
- Working coding ability, including the confidence to navigate and modify an existing codebase.
- Strong English communication skills at a native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing ability.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Security certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials are an advantage.
