Warehouse Operator

Role overview

This role supports the site’s commercial and operational results by handling everyday warehouse work such as dispatch, goods receipt, stock management, and basic administrative tasks. The position is located at the Robinhood Industrial site in Dublin.

Key duties

• Keep the warehouse arranged in a way that makes receiving, storing, and sending out stock efficient.
• Unload incoming goods from delivery trucks.
• Load customer orders onto trucks when dispatch is required.
• Pick, prepare, and send outgoing orders according to instructions.
• Verify incoming deliveries against bills of lading and invoices to confirm accuracy.
• Share observations and input on stock quantities in the warehouse or stockroom.
• Spot items that may be damaged or obsolete and manage them according to internal procedures.
• Return all containers to their designated inventory locations.
• Replenish warehouse racks with stock received from DSC and external suppliers, and rotate items based on batch dates.
• Ensure shipments are packed and prepared in the most efficient way to meet customer expectations.
• Complete the correct paperwork for hazardous material deliveries.
• Notice equipment or facility issues and suggest improvements or corrective action.

Required qualifications and skills

The role calls for experience with warehouse operations, along with a counterbalance forklift licence and manual handling capability. Familiarity with Oracle warehouse software and a Bendi forklift licence are also mentioned. The ideal candidate should be careful, adaptable, well organised, and comfortable working collaboratively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also expected.
