About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Executive to manage the daily content and social media operations for three distinct brands: Instrek Technologies, Legal Olympiad, and a key client account. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, collaborate with designers and client teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content. This is a hands-on position for an ambitious individual eager to take full ownership and drive projects from inception to completion, rather than waiting for directives. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive content calendars for LinkedIn and other social media platforms by researching relevant topics, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging content, including drafting and refining posts, captions, and copy, ensuring alignment with the distinct brand voices of each entity.
- Clearly brief external designers on content direction, tone, layout, and messaging, and meticulously review their work against brand guidelines, providing constructive feedback for revisions.
- Coordinate with internal client teams and leadership at Instrek and Legal Olympiad to gather necessary content inputs and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, actively engaging with the audience, and upholding a consistent and professional brand persona across all platforms.
- Monitor key engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and report on successful strategies and areas for improvement, demonstrating a keen eye for what resonates with the audience.

- Client Account: A B2B manufacturing client requiring ongoing support for content coordination, social media management, and designer deliverables.
