About the internship
OBLYTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is offering a work-from-home Talent Acquisition internship for candidates interested in learning recruitment and talent management in a fast-moving HR environment. This role is designed to give practical exposure to hiring processes, coordination with managers, employer branding, and data handling using MS-Excel, while also building communication skills in English.
What you will do
- Assist with finding and shortlisting candidates for different openings across the organization.
- Help arrange interviews and support the recruitment team through the selection process.
- Work with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring needs.
- Draft job descriptions and share them through appropriate channels.
- Take part in employer branding efforts to help attract suitable talent.
- Use MS-Excel to review recruitment data and prepare reports.
- Support talent management and employee engagement activities.

Stipend

Additional information
If the intern is successfully converted to a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 per year.
