Role overview

This position offers a production-line assembler role with flexible scheduling through an app-based system. You can select the shifts, workdays, and hours that fit your routine, with the ability to release a shift if your plans change and have another team member cover it.

The job is based at Stanley Black & Decker in Martin, Tennessee. It is a full-time manufacturing role that provides steady pay, is straightforward to learn, and can strengthen your resume. A brief observation shift is required before you begin so you can understand the work environment.

Shift and pay details

• Shift options: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Workdays: Monday through Friday, with shift selection managed through the app
• Pay rate: $16.50 per hour
• Pay schedule: every Friday, with daily pay also available
• Work location: Stanley Black & Decker, Martin, TN

What you'll be doing

• Support the production line to help operations run efficiently.
• Prepare your workstation and take part in changeover and Lean process activities.
• Work with the Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfort working as part of a team.
• Capability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment while performing repetitive work and meeting production targets.
