Role Overview

This position is for a seasoned 3D visualisation professional who can turn architectural ideas into polished, realistic visuals for premium real estate and development projects. The role focuses on producing presentation-quality imagery, animations, and walkthroughs that help communicate design intent, support marketing and sales efforts, and assist project approvals and reviews.

Core Responsibilities

You will create high-end 3D models and photorealistic renders for architectural and master planning assignments. The work includes exterior and interior visuals for villas, bungalows, row houses, townships, hospitality developments, and mixed-use properties.

Responsibilities also include building realistic lighting setups, materials, textures, landscaping, and environmental effects so that the output is visually compelling and accurate. Concept sketches, design drawings, and technical plans will need to be interpreted and converted into strong visual narratives.

You will prepare visuals for marketing packs, investor decks, sales material, project approvals, and internal design reviews. In addition, you may be asked to create mood boards, concept studies, and presentation assets that support branding and storytelling.

The role also involves architectural walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and other animation-based project experiences that clearly communicate scale, spatial flow, and customer experience. Workflow efficiency and timely delivery are important parts of the job.

Close coordination with architects, master planners, landscape designers, and interior designers is expected. You will participate in review discussions, incorporate feedback, and make sure the final output stays aligned with approved concepts and project goals.

Maintaining a consistently high level of realism, visual quality, and presentation polish is essential. You should also keep up with new tools, rendering methods, and visualization trends, while looking for better ways to improve output quality and production speed.

Job Expectations

Candidates should have prior experience working on real estate, luxury residential, township, hospitality, mixed-use, or other large-scale development projects. A strong portfolio demonstrating realistic architectural renders, animation work, and presentation visuals is expected.

Certification in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, or animation will be considered an added advantage.

Software Knowledge

Mandatory tools include Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with Lumion, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit will be helpful, with Revit only needing a basic understanding.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Multimedia, or a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in architectural visualisation, 3D rendering, and design presentation.

Reporting and Travel

The role reports to the HOD. Travel is required for this position.
