Role Summary

This part-time remote role is for a 3D Visualizer who will produce polished 3D imagery, support graphic design work, build lighting and rendering effects, and prepare detailed drawings for a range of design and public art initiatives. The position calls for close collaboration with the team to translate creative concepts into strong visual outcomes for community-centered projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings that are realistic and compelling.
• Contribute to graphic design assignments as needed.
• Develop lighting setups and rendering effects to improve visual presentation.
• Prepare accurate, detailed drawings for design and public art projects.
• Work closely with the creative team to turn ideas into finished visual outputs.
• Maintain strong quality standards and deliver work within deadlines while working remotely.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on skill in visualization and lighting for producing realistic 3D renderings.
• Solid graphic design ability with attention to detail and creativity.
• Experience creating drawings that are precise and visually effective.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative creative environment.
• Exposure to architectural visualization tools and software is an advantage.
• Ability to manage deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality output in a remote setup.
