Role overview
Architectus is seeking an Architect or Designer to join its Brisbane Living team, contributing to a range of large-scale multi-residential developments. This is a practical, end-to-end role for a well-rounded creative professional who can move comfortably between concept work, documentation, and project delivery while helping shape project direction with studio leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle, starting at concept stage and continuing through to final delivery.
- Partner with internal teams to develop design outcomes and project documentation that respond to stakeholder needs.
- Create presentations and visual material using Revit, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Work with senior architects to maintain the original design direction through to completion.
- Communicate design ideas effectively in visual, spoken, and written formats.
- Assist project leaders in building and sustaining positive client relationships.
- Learn from and collaborate with experienced Project Leaders and Principals in a supportive environment.
What you need to bring
- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience after completing a Master of Architecture.
- Experience working across all stages of large-scale residential projects.
- Strong Revit capability and solid documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of BCA/NCC requirements, Australian Standards, and local materials and suppliers, especially in residential work.
- A proactive, structured approach to solving problems.
- A consistently high design standard from early concept through to completion.
- Strong collaboration skills and clear communication.
