Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned AI Architect to own the design, development, and rollout of advanced AI solutions. The role calls for strong expertise in AI/ML foundations, generative AI, MLFlow, and Kubeflow, along with the ability to influence AI strategy and support innovation across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction and technical guidance to AI and ML teams while keeping solutions aligned with accepted best practices and industry standards.
• Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI/ML architectures.
• Assess new technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape and refine AI strategy.
• Lead the creation and deployment of generative AI solutions, including large language models, text-to-image systems, and similar creative applications.
• Keep current with the newest developments in generative AI research, methods, and tooling.
• Identify practical and innovative generative AI use cases that can deliver business value.
• Diagnose complex technical problems and create effective solutions.
• Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation within the team.
• Improve AI/ML workflows, practices, and delivery methods on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on generative AI.
• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on work with generative AI techniques and tools.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to big data technologies.
• Practical knowledge of MLFlow and Kubeflow.
• Demonstrated capability with GenAI platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
