Role Overview
This position is for an Assistant Nanny based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The client is prepared to support the selected candidate with a work visa and relocation assistance if the person is not currently local.
Purpose of the Role
The Assistant Nanny supports the lead nanny or primary caregiver by delivering careful, warm, and dependable childcare. The role involves helping with daily routines, participating in learning and play activities, prioritising the children’s safety, and helping maintain a positive environment that supports their development. Some light household duties connected to the children’s care may also be required.
Qualifications and Licences
- Advanced Childcare Certificate, or an equivalent childcare qualification
- Valid First Aid certification
- Strong command of English
Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in childcare
- Previous exposure to VVIP households is highly desirable
- Experience caring for children aged 7 to 18 years

Compensation and Benefits
The salary is AED 2,500 tax-free, excluding a phone allowance. After 2 years, the salary increases to AED 4,000.
Additional benefits include shared accommodation, medical insurance, one economy flight per year, and 30 days of vacation.
Working Pattern
This is a 6-day workweek position.
