Role overview
This position supports the store’s daily operations and helps ensure smooth running across service, people, stock, and compliance areas.
Key duties
- Support day-to-day store operations and service delivery.
- Assist with customer interactions and maintain a high standard of service.
- Help train and develop team members.
- Contribute to rostering and workforce planning.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Prepare and review operational reporting.
- Follow and implement health, safety, and workplace procedures.
