Role Overview

Synstack Technologies is hiring an Automation Engineer in Bengaluru to support software quality efforts through test automation and related engineering practices.

Core Requirements

• Solid grasp of automation testing principles and how they are applied in real projects.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Python and TestComplete, which is the primary skill for this role.
• Working knowledge of Java and Selenium, considered a secondary skill.
• Experience automating desktop applications, especially Windows-based software.
• Understanding of UI automation workflows and the ability to design effective test cases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how automation fits into delivery processes.
• Comfort using GitHub or similar version control systems.
• Awareness of test frameworks and established automation best practices.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
