Backend Executive

About the role

The Backend Executive will support day-to-day operational work by keeping records accurate, maintaining databases, and preparing MIS and performance reports. This position also involves handling documentation, coordinating with different teams, and assisting management with data-based reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Keep records and databases current and organized, and prepare MIS reports as needed.
• Carry out data entry work while ensuring the information entered is correct and complete.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports in MS Excel.
• Liaise with internal teams to provide operational assistance.
• Maintain files, documents, and other record-keeping systems.
• Handle email communication in a professional manner.
• Prepare trackers, dashboards, and other reporting formats when required.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks within the required timelines.
• Assist management with analysis of data and preparation of reports.

Candidate profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and data handling.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well-developed organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Open to graduates from any discipline.
• Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in backend operations, MIS, data entry, or administrative work.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Applicants who can join immediately will be prioritized.
• Should be able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
