What you will do

You will provide professional barbering services in a setting that is both relaxed and high standard. The role involves using scissors and clippers to deliver quality haircuts while working as part of a team-oriented salon culture that extends beyond working hours.

Candidate profile

The client is looking for experienced barbers who are confident working with different cutting tools, communicate well in English, and are eligible to work in Europe.

Experience, pay and growth

Compensation is tied to experience, base pay, and the products you sell, so stronger performance can increase overall earnings. Salary reviews take place every six months. The company also offers a clear progression path from barber to store manager and, in some cases, part-owner of a store. Training and in-house development are included from the start.
