Client Servicing Coordinator

Overview

Equinox Labs is hiring a Client Servicing Coordinator in Thane, India. This role focuses on managing client interactions, keeping communication smooth, and supporting internal coordination to help projects move forward efficiently.

What you will do

• Work closely with clients to clarify their needs, priorities, and service expectations.
• Maintain healthy client partnerships by responding promptly and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Track project updates and create progress reports, while also spotting opportunities to improve processes.
• Assist the team with day-to-day administrative work such as entering data and organizing documents.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• The ability to interact confidently with clients and develop good working relationships.
• Working knowledge of computers and comfort using MS Office tools.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory for this position.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 1,00,000 to INR 2,00,000.
