Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

This contract role is based in Dublin, Ireland and runs for 18 months, with the possibility of an extension. The selected Project Manager will take ownership of a new workplace environment build-out for a global technology organization, guiding the assignment from initial concept through final delivery.

The assignment centers on creating a high-impact office space that supports collaboration, employee engagement, workshops, events, leadership meetings, and hybrid working.

Key Experience

• Hands-on involvement in workplace design and construction programs
• Delivery of office fit-out or build-out initiatives
• Work on corporate interior projects
• Managing vendors and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Tracking budgets, schedules, and project risks
• Overseeing furniture, audio-visual, signage, and move-in readiness activities
• Experience leading projects from the planning stage through completion

Preferred Background

• Work in workplace project management
• Experience in corporate real estate
• Background in construction management
• Exposure to facilities planning and workplace strategy
• Experience with commercial interior fit-outs
