About the Internship

Responsibilities
- Input and update information in Excel sheets and internal databases.
- Check data for completeness and correctness.
- Organize and preserve digital documents and files systematically.
- Assist in the generation of reports and summaries from data.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather essential data.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company information.
- Support various administrative and back-office functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient typing skills coupled with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with MS Excel — including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting data.
- Comfortable handling spreadsheets and managing large volumes of data.
- Strong detail orientation to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Basic competency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks precisely while adhering to deadlines.
- Previous exposure to data entry, documentation, or administrative roles is beneficial but not obligatory.
