Design Coordinator, Architecture

Role overview

This position is for an Architecture Design Coordinator based in Singapore. The role supports design coordination and construction documentation within a main contractor environment, working alongside BIM specialists and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM modellers to support design coordination activities.
• Prepare construction documentation, including shop drawings for submission and approval.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the operations team.
• Take part in tender-related work.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main construction company.
• Strong ability to interpret and work from construction drawings.
• Prior project exposure in buildings or hotels is preferred.
• The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Good interpersonal skills are important for this role.
