Role Overview
The Digital Display System Operator will handle day-to-day operation and upkeep of the P4-SAKITS Display and Debriefing Systems, following the relevant technical manuals and procedures.
Key Duties
- Prepare programs for operational use and testing.
- Run subsystem checks to confirm the system is ready for use.
- Enter pre-mission exercise information into the Data Transfer Device (DTD).
- Track DTD handover and return records for aircrews in a control log.
- Manage graphics terminals during live exercises and support display/control activities.
- Help RSAF personnel and aircrews prepare for replay and debrief sessions.
- Organize and preserve mission tape records.
- Keep accurate mission event logs with the required details: date, time, mission/event, remarks, and operator.
- Record mission replay entries appropriately and note any technical issues clearly in the remarks section.
- Document any aircraft that fails to track or operate correctly and promptly report it to the P4-SAKITS pod shop for follow-up testing.
- Archive completed log books in the technical library.
- Make sure log books are available for RSAF reviews on site.
- Work directly with RSAF contacts to review sortie effectiveness.
- Capture the reasons for incomplete or unsuccessful missions and note system condition/status for monthly reporting.
- Produce exercise status printouts when requested, including enabling the display for printing specific screens.
- Carry out other operational tasks assigned by the Site Supervisor.
- Support P4-SAKITS F-15 operations and maintenance when needed.
- Collaborate with teammates and assist colleagues to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
- Help set up project equipment as required.
- Follow Cubic policies and procedures, including conduct, quality, security, and occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by the manager from time to time.

- Strong Arabic and English bilingual communication ability.
- Prior experience in a similar position.
- Ability to follow company standards for field assignments.
- Clear and effective communication across all levels.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward shared objectives.
- Self-driven approach and comfort working under pressure.
- Capability to work in confined spaces.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Education and Qualifications
A college-level qualification in a technical discipline, or an equivalent mix of technical education and military experience, is required. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Computer Engineering, or a related concentration is preferred. A Saudi-government-recognized Arabic/English bilingual proficiency certificate such as STEP, TOEFL, or an equivalent is also desirable.
Clearance Requirement
The candidate must be able to obtain RSAF security clearance, or already hold it, and a background check is required.
