Role Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing stock redistribution across inter-cluster and intra-cluster networks. The role focuses on the hands-on execution of stock transfers, transport coordination, and distribution planning so that inventory arrives at the correct cluster at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and carry out stock transfer activities across both inter-cluster and intra-cluster distribution channels.
• Coordinate logistics and transport vendors to support punctual and economical movement of stock.
• Supervise a Distribution Planner and work in close alignment with cluster coordinators.
• Track distribution performance indicators including lead time, fill rate, and transaction accuracy.
• Create, update, and enforce distribution SOPs, operational workflows, and backup plans for disruptions.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Procurement teams to keep supply planning aligned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring at least 7 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations, along with experience handling third-party logistics providers. Background in healthcare or multi-site distribution will be an advantage. Strong execution capability and practical problem-solving skills are essential. Arabic fluency is preferred, and English fluency is required.
