Role Summary

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will receive comprehensive training on all our products and solutions for the commercial real estate market. Subsequently, you will collaborate with the sales team to generate new meetings, proposals, and ultimately, client contracts. Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently prospect for new business to build a robust pipeline for our senior sales team, becoming proficient in targeted prospecting techniques.
  • Engage with sponsorship prospects via phone and email, promptly responding to all inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the event production department to develop sponsor-friendly programs that align with the interests of Bisnow's client base.
  • Continuously generate innovative and relevant topic ideas to adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Meticulously document all daily activities within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to expedite the sales cycle and expand our reach into target accounts.
  • Collaborate daily with a positive, cross-functional team to ensure the successful sponsorship, marketing, and financial performance of events.
