Role Overview

The Factory Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations across QC, slitting, and dispatch activities. The role is responsible for keeping production on schedule, maintaining output quality, coordinating the team on the shop floor, reducing material wastage, handling operational issues, and ensuring finished goods are dispatched safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control, slitting, and dispatch functions within the factory.
• Track production progress to make sure planned schedules are achieved.
• Maintain consistent quality standards across operations.
• Coordinate with team members to keep work moving smoothly.
• Identify and minimize waste during production and dispatch processes.
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Ensure finished goods are packed, handled, and sent out safely and punctually.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a Diploma in any specialization.
