Housekeeping Assistant

About the Role

A privately owned healthcare organization with a 47-year track record and more than 200 locations across the United States is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to join its team in Old Hickory, Tennessee. The role supports the company’s mission of delivering quality patient care and gives associates the chance to grow within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for keeping the facility clean, orderly, and visually appealing while following all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards. Daily work includes dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying trash containers, cleaning surfaces and areas as needed, replenishing supplies, and mopping floors.

Education, Experience, and Licensure

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is also preferred.

You should be able to make independent decisions when the situation calls for it, maintain professional relationships with coworkers and vendors, and demonstrate strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward patients.
