Human Resources Intern

Role summary

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team across day-to-day activities and special assignments, building practical exposure to core HR operations in a professional setting. The position also involves handling employee-related concerns and supporting social media communication that aligns with Madre Integrated Engineering’s business goals, stakeholder needs, and organizational vision.

Key accountabilities

• Assist the HR Business Partner with creating job advertisements and sharing them across social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to messages and comments related to job advertisements.
• Sort and organize CVs based on the required position or designation.
• Support candidate outreach by phone, in person, and on-site as needed.
• Help with post-hiring coordination and keep selected candidates informed about process updates and next steps.
• Liaise with the Administration department whenever required to help facilitate employee needs.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences, or another related field is preferred.

Experience

Candidates should have a basic understanding of HR processes and procedures.
