Role Overview

As an International Merchandise Allocator, you will manage store-level inventory through analytical allocation decisions that support commercial objectives and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with teams across the business to turn insights into action, stay aligned with key calendar milestones, and adapt as priorities change. The role also involves identifying and resolving inventory issues, as well as finding ways to improve systems and processes so inventory remains healthy and supports sell-through, efficiency, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

You will track inventory across stores, interpret data to guide allocation decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create action plans. The position also calls for maintaining clear communication across teams, managing timeline-based planning, addressing stock discrepancies, and spotting opportunities to improve operational workflows.

Compensation and Rewards

The base pay range for this exempt role is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Final compensation may differ depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance, and in some cases may fall outside the top end of the stated range. This role may also be eligible for additional rewards such as performance bonuses, long-term incentives, PTO, and other benefits that form part of the overall rewards package.
